Just wanted to say that the old me would have stayed in her pajamas today. The new me shoveled my truck out and went to my class! Because I missed a day last week the old me would have said who cares I need a break! The new me said I'll go on Saturday! This has been quite a commitment. But I've stuck with it and actually feel amazing! Thanks for the motivation with all your emails Greg. I've done physical challenges that I never thought I was capable of.
One more September I was diagnosed with stress induced hives. I've been on medication to prevent hives that have, at times distorted my face. Just want you to know that as of February 4th, I have not taken a single pill and I have not had a single hive since I started the program. Coincidence?


So it's almost coming to an end :( now what ? I def want to continue the program again or even for a third time. Im determined to get down to my goal weight and feel I def need another round.  You are awesome I tell you this after every workout session that you teach, I'm so grateful I was part of this program . Seeing the results for me = HAPPY I haven't been happy with myself for a while now an was always so hard on myself for not getting back in shape . In such a short time your program has changed everything. If I did this on my own it prob would have taken me 5 months to your 3 weeks . Wow it's impressive!
I trust you as a teacher, trainer and coach !

I just wanted to tell you how unbelievably grateful I am to you. This program is amazing and I thank you for giving me the tools to put me on the road to my new, healthy, fabulous life! All of your trainers, whether they know me or not, are so supportive and a wealth of information. Your gym has allowed chubby old me to feel so confident and strong. Even when I falter in a class, I feel better about myself because it pushes me to my limits and I know tomorrow will be better. I have now incorporated this program for my family and modified it a bit for my kids, obviously adding more whole foods and natural fats. My son lost 5 lbs last week just by eating real food, tons of veggies, moderate amounts of fruit, small portions of dairy and no sugar. So not only are you empowering me, but you are empowering my son to get healthy!
I am forever grateful.


I have joined many many gyms and hated them. I get lost in there and no one pays attention. I love that people know my name AND remember it. I have plans to stay on this 5 day a week class. I don't Think I am much of a gym solo gal. I think classes are the way for me. So please do let me know if you are going to have another challenge after this. If I can get into a routine of going to the gym every morning, I will have Accomplished my goal. Oh, by the way. Ever since I gave up Wheat, and bread, I feel I have a lot more energy and less cloudiness.

Hi Greg,
Attached is the letter I had mentioned about for our school fundraiser. The event is not until January 18th so there is no rush on this, just trying to be organized and get everything out.  I also have to tell you that since I joined over the summer the classes you guys offer and the atmosphere there has done amazing things for me. In the past 2 weeks I have received more compliments on how I look and how my arms are changing and how much more fit I look. I also from all the running in the classes and running with all the other people after the classes I have gone to never being able to run a mile to running four miles with Ron the other day with no problems. I have also stopped using my inhaler when I exercise. You guys have a great thing going on there and I just wanted to let you know.



Greg, I wanted to thank you for the last 5 months of training. This tough mudder was almost a walk in the park thanks to your program. My endurance levels prior to training here could never have carried me through the 10+ miles and 20+ obstacles at the pace I held. Awesome experience and I'm looking forward to where I'll be at at this time next year. Thanks again, Marc S

"When I first came here, I wasn't sure what to expect. But now that I've become a member, I could never go back to my old gym! This is THE gym to work out in if you're interested in just that - working out. The trainers are friendly and highly knowledgeable, and I was impressed when they didn't immediately bombard me with the usual sales pitch. The music is low key, the decor is nice and functional and the people who come here just want to get a workout, that's what it's all about. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!"

"I like the fact that people of all ages come here for their workouts. I'm in my mid-forties, and sometimes people would give me weird looks in other gyms, or I'd just feel a little out of place when everyone else was half my age. Besides, I found all the TVs and bright lights and loud music too distracting. But here, people don't check you out, or try to look cool, or any of that. People come here to work out and have a good time. The atmosphere is great, the facilities are modern and clean, and all the folks are friendly and helpful across the board. Thanks for all you've done, and keep up the good work!"
