Our Team - Our Approach: I like to be catered to, plain and simple … don’t we all.  When I travel I want top shelf treatment and I want to receive extra and special attention. When I eat out, I want a meal that is prepared the way I want.  These simple desires drove the vision of my online coaching program: to treat you special; like family and go above and beyond. 

 

When you become a coaching client of ours, we want this to be a great experience. The goal of the program is to bring you the attention and help you need and desire, and to deliver an experience developed to upgrade your fitness, nutrition, and overall health—all at a price you can afford.  

 

Does it work?: Results aren't fortuitous. They happen because of the process. If a coach can't tell you why the program will work for you, then you should sprint away fast! We have more than 25 years’ experience and we are leaders in coaching and in personalized coaching nutritional and fitness plans. 

 

1-on-1 experience: You have 24/7 access and responses are guaranteed with a 24-hour time frame. Your time is important and we value it; we deliver when you need it so that you can go forward to live a healthier life. 

 

Personalized Plans: The hardest thing about fitness: finding a plan that matches you... your goals...your lifestyle...and even the time you have to engage in a fitness program. Whether you work out from home or in the gym, love all foods or have allergies or food sensitivities, we work directly with you to build a plan that is designed for you. We'll find out what you need and how you need it, we then design a program that works best for you. If something isn't working, we make a change so you stay on track, so you don't get frustrated, and most importantly - fall off the wagon. 

 

Risk-Free: This isn't about being locked in; it's about finally believing that you can change. If you don't think that our coaching program can help, then we want to point you in a better direction. Our client approval rating is high because we get results.  

 

Forget Motivation: A great quote, a powerful video, an incredible before and after: they all can get you fired up. But that energy doesn't led to results all the time. What does is a comprehensive approach of support, accommodation, guidance, accountability, and trust-worthy programs. If you're reading this, you're probably already motivated to become better. Seek our guidance, we will be here for you. The hardest thing to admit is when we need help. Assistance isn't a bad thing; in fact, it's what oftentimes separates those who succeed from those who are stuck in the never-ending cycle of wanting to change but being unable to.  

 

Behavioral Change: Incredible transformations don't happen by accident. Someone doesn't just wake up one day and change. They are provided the pathway to make change easy. Whereas many programs ask you to do so much to the point that it feels impossible, we are here to guide you: it's about making it hard to fail and progressing you at the rate you're most comfortable. Instead of focusing on the scale or bodyweight or pounds lifted, we strip away unnecessary forms of measurement and instead key in on process goals. By building habits and capabilities, you gain control over your fitness and the pounds start to drop without you ever worrying about the scale.

  • Reaction time and Neurological training and assessments. ($150/month) 

  • Concussion and Balance Baseline testing.  

  • Movement Assessment and Analysis - To identify asymmetries and imbalances that need attention and correction.
